Antari announces to continue producing products that consume less energy and produce cleaner fog. We have been developing products that meet important environmental concerns and energy saving criteria especially in our focus product, fog machines. Research and development has been invested not only to produce the whitest, cleanest, and driest fog, also in heat perseverance & completion in vaporization. The heater can immediately heat up to a certain boiling point at which the fluid vaporizes. When the vapor instantly mixes with the relatively colder air outside the fog machine, it instantly forms a visible aerosol we see as “fog”.

Here, heater block (heat exchanger) is the most vital part consisting a fog machine; itself is already a technology where different sizes and materials are tailored-made to different power watt machines. With good heat conservation which is offered by excellent structure design and the finest ceramic fibre heat insulation, lesser fluid and power consumption is required to produce the same required fog output.
